Highways - Federal assistance is needed to insure that Highway 61 in Southeast Iowa and Highway 34 in West Central Illinois will be completed as four lane highway.  These two projects are essential to the economic development of the region.

Regional Airport - The Greater Burlington Partnership recognizes the critical importance of a well maintained airport and of commercial air service to the region.  The Airport Improvement Program (AIP), Essential Air Service, Small Community Development Grants, and other programs that develop and maintain facilities at airports and support commercial air service are vital.
